Mr. Krishna Prasad Sharma is a veteran banking professional with over 40 years of distinguished experience in Nepal’s financial sector. He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of Rastriya Banijya Bank, and has held board positions across leading financial institutions, including Nabil Bank, Nepal Investment Bank, Employees Provident Fund, National Life Insurance Company, NLG Insurance Company, Credit Information Bureau, and Deposit, and Credit Guarantee Fund. 

His governance experience spans commercial banking, insurance, provident funds, credit information, and microfinance institutions—offering a comprehensive view of financial systems and regulatory environments. He currently serves on the board of Global IME Bank Ltd., contributing strategic insight and oversight at one of Nepal’s foremost banking institutions. 

Mr. Sharma holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science and Master’s degrees in Management and Sociology, reflecting a multidisciplinary foundation that enhances his strategic and stakeholder engagement capabilities. 

Mr. Pawan Rizal

With over two decades of experience in the banking and financial sector across Nepal and the United Kingdom, Mr. Pawan Rizal brings proven expertise in driving business growth, optimizing financial performance, and building strong client partnerships. His career spans corporate banking, SME finance, and trade finance, with a strong track record of delivering tailored solutions for diverse businesses.

Mr. Rizal has worked extensively with companies in infrastructure development—including construction, energy, transportation, hydropower, electric transmission, and urban development—structuring financing solutions that minimize risk, optimize cash flow, and support successful project delivery. He has also partnered with corporate and SME clients across industries, enabling access to capital and unlocking growth opportunities. Throughout his career, Mr. Rizal has led high-performing teams, streamlined operations, and identified strategic growth avenues, consistently contributing to profitability and institutional excellence.

Mr. Sworup Dhungana

Investment Manager

Mr. Sworup Dhungana is a Chartered Accountant (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and is an accomplished investment and finance professional with extensive experience in private equity, financial modeling, and deal execution. Previously, he led the investment team at Aadhyanta Fund Management Limited, overseeing investments of NPR 3 billion across sectors such as manufacturing, tourism, IT, agriculture, and renewable energy. He has played a pivotal role in raising private equity funds, conducting rigorous due diligence, and managing investment portfolios.

He has also served as a financial consultant at Invest and Infra Private Limited, advising on fund establishment and preparing feasibility reports for major infrastructure projects. His earlier experience includes statutory and tax audits at firms in India, providing him with a strong foundation in compliance and regulatory practices.

Mr. Hemant Raj Pandey

Mr. Hemant Raj Pandey is a dynamic professional with over 8 years of experience in finance, administration, and project management, backed by a Master’s degree in Business Studies (Finance) from Tribhuvan University. He has a proven track record in streamlining operations, managing budgets, implementing policies, and leading cross-functional teams across both private and non-profit sectors.

He has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and strategic mindset making him exceptionally well-qualified for driving efficient administrative and financial systems.

Mr. Sushil Poudel

Investment Associate

Mr. Sushil Poudel is a driven and adaptable professional with over six years of diverse experience in operations management, sales, and marketing. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from KU and is currently pursuing his MBA from Lincoln University College, Malaysia, further strengthening his analytical and financial expertise. Sushil has a strong background in streamlining business processes, managing resources effectively, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals.

His experience spans from coordinating complex logistics and stakeholder communication to executing sales strategies and business development initiatives—skills that directly support informed investment analysis and portfolio growth.
