Mr. Chandra Prasad Dhakal

Chairman

Mr. Chandra Prasad Dhakal, an esteemed figure in Nepal’s business sphere, holds a position of significant authority as the Co-Founder and Chairman of the IME Group. This conglomerate has rapidly grown and diversified its investments across various sectors, such as banking, remittance, energy, tourism, automobile, insurance, and information technology, among others.

In addition to his role at IME Group, Mr. Dhakal holds the prestigious position of President of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) for the term 2023-2026. FNCCI, as the apex body of private sectors in Nepal, possesses a vast network both within the nation and globally. Under Mr. Dhakal’s leadership, various business chambers and forums have witnessed substantial expansion of domestic investments and successful attraction of foreign direct investment, fostering a business-friendly environment in Nepal. Moreover, since 2010, Mr. Dhakal has also been dutifully serving as the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Indonesia in Nepal.

 

Mr. Vishnu Kumar Agrawal

Director

Mr. Vishnu Agarwal is the Managing Director of MAW Group of Companies, one of Nepal’s largest and most diversified automobile conglomerates. With over 30 years of experience in business, banking, and corporate management, he has been key to the group’s growth. Under his leadership, MAW Group manages 18+ business verticals and represents 20+ global brands including Yamaha, JCB, Jeep, Škoda, HP Lubricants, Kone, and Eicher.

He also leads MAW Hire Purchase Pvt. Ltd., a licensed financial institution, and MAW Skills Academy, which trains technical professionals. Mr. Agarwal holds a Commerce degree from Tribhuvan University and is the Immediate Past President of the Confederation of Nepalese Industries (CNI). He has served as the Honorary Consul General of the Czech Republic to Nepal since 2010 and is a Past Dean of HCC-N.

He chairs the MAW Foundation, a non-profit started in 2019 for CSR initiatives, and Kathmandu Rayzrs FC, champions of the inaugural Nepal Super League in 2021.

Mr. Rajendra Malla

Mr. Rajendra Malla is the Immediate Past President of the Nepal Chamber of Commerce and a respected business leader in Nepal. He serves as Chairman of Prabhu Insurance Ltd., Apartment de Thamel, and Thamel Trade & Boutique Hotel Ltd., and holds directorial roles in Manang Air Pvt. Ltd. and Bhaktapur Brick & Tiles Industry.

Honored by the President of Nepal with the Suprabal Janasewa Shree Padak (2019) and Sukritimaya Rastradeep Padak (2022), he actively contributes to national development, education, and international trade. Mr. Malla is also affiliated with global bodies like WASME and ICOSA Japan, and is known for his strong involvement in social and educational initiatives across Nepal.

Mr. Bhagirath Sapkota

Mr. Bhagirath Sapkota is an accomplished business leader and seasoned entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in Nepal’s private sector, particularly in tourism, SMEs, and enterprise development. He currently serves as the President of the Federation of Nepali Industries & Entrepreneurs (FENIE), where he has led initiatives focused on industrial revitalization, investment mobilization, and SME growth. 

As the founder of Gochali Tours & Travels, Mr. Sapkota has hands-on experience in building and scaling businesses in high-impact sectors. His leadership is marked by strategic foresight, policy advocacy, and strong stakeholder engagement—qualities crucial to guiding investment strategy and portfolio development. With deep networks across the business and political landscape, and a proven commitment to economic reform and enterprise growth, Mr. Sapkota brings valuable insight and credibility to any investment board or executive team.

Mr. Manoj Paudel

Through pioneering initiatives like Aadhyanta Fund and Nepal Development Public Limited, Mr Paudel has championed the advancement of Nepal’s alternative investment landscape, creating frameworks that mobilize sustainable finance and unite key stakeholders for impactful private sector growth.
